Refund Policy for PrintoDigi

Providing our clients with the best service and the best customer experience is PrintoDigi’s primary objective. To accomplish this, we have created a clear and concise refund policy.

Before working with us, kindly review this document once. The document is intended to ensure that all parties are fully informed about the tasks involved and to reduce the chances of cancellations, reversals, or disagreements.

• A full refund will be issued if the project was not initiated within 3 days by any of the following members of PrintoDigi staff: the programmer, designer, content writer, SEO expert, or any other resource.
• If the website is not delivered within the specified period, a full refund will be provided. PrintoDigi cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in the completion of a project due to improper communication from the client.
• A customer’s payment is not refundable if they fail to provide the briefing and requirements of their project within 7 days of receiving it.
• We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on new website designs. If your website goes live and you are unhappy with the services, we will refund your partial fee, unless otherwise specified when you make your purchase. Negotiations at a later date will not be entertained.
• Once the client approves the mock-up designs and the project enters the development phase, no payment will be refunded by PrintoDigi.
• Projects that are in the middle of the milestone phase—typically service projects for digital marketing—are not eligible for a refund.
• Depending on the circumstances and the refund’s quality, the transaction could take up to a week or more.

NOTE: PrintoDigi is not liable for any incidences that are reported by individuals or groups who are not our clients or under our management. As part of the following policies, PrintoDigi will not pay for any services that are not directly offered by the business.
